1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using the Joliez Agency Inc. site and portal, you agree to this Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the services.

These terms apply to visitors, applicants, clients, talent, employees, and administrators.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating or maintaining an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your login credentials.
• You must promptly notify the agency if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, misuse, or security risk.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts or restricted systems.
• Do not upload or submit unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Do not interfere with normal site operation, availability, or security controls.
• Do not misuse payment, invoice, or onboarding tools.

4. Applications, Services, and Payments

• Application review and approval are at agency discretion.
• Invoices and payment obligations are governed by service agreements and issued billing terms.
• Payment processing may involve approved third-party providers.
• Service prices, offerings, and timelines may change.

5. Stripe Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process online payments for services. By submitting payment information:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected service.
• Stripe collects, processes, and stores payment data according to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Stripe's Terms of Service.
• We do not store full credit card or bank account numbers on our servers.
• All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure.
• By using Stripe for checkout, you agree to Stripe's terms and policies.
• Payment disputes, refunds, and chargebacks are handled according to Stripe's and your card issuer's policies.

6. Data and Privacy

Data collection, use, retention, and security practices are described in our Privacy Notice. Cookie-related behavior is described in our Cookie Policy.

Joliez Agency maintains a written Data Retention & Secure Deletion Policy that defines how long each category of customer, employee, and financial record is retained, the secure procedures used to destroy data at the end of its lifecycle, and the legal hold exceptions that may extend retention. The policy is owned by executive management, enforced by our technology team, and is reviewed at least annually for compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state data privacy laws (including GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, and IRS recordkeeping requirements) and with our financial-data partner obligations (including Plaid Inc. and Stripe Inc.). We value your privacy. We use technologies, such as cookies, and process personal data, such as IP addresses and cookie identifiers, to personalise ads and content based on your interests, measure the performance of ads and content, and derive insights about the audiences who saw ads and content. You can change your mind and change your consent choices at any time by returning to this site.

For banking and payout features that use Plaid Link, you must provide express authorization before each Plaid-enabled session by confirming the on-screen disclosure. That disclosure covers all enabled Plaid services in use by Joliez Agency at the time of consent. This requirement applies to all current users, including users who previously linked a bank account.

7. Security and Technical Controls

• We apply technical protections such as access controls, request filtering, and browser security headers.
• Certain internal files, directories, and system artifacts are restricted from public access.
• We may use transport security (HTTPS/TLS), compression, and caching controls to improve secure delivery and performance.
• Administrative access to systems handling consumer financial data is gated by phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication, device binding, IP allow-listing, and per-action WebAuthn step-up, as documented in our Multi-Factor Authentication Policy.
• Login and verification workflows may use one-time codes delivered by email, SMS, and automated voice fallback. Message timing and availability can vary by carrier and provider policy.
• Public API endpoints are routed through approved API hosts and may reject requests on unauthorized hosts.
• You agree not to bypass, probe, disable, or interfere with any platform security controls.

7a. Verification and Communications Consent

By using account-recovery, sign-in, onboarding, or verification features, you authorize Joliez Agency to send one-time verification codes and security notices to the email address and/or phone number you provide. For phone delivery, we may attempt SMS first and place an automated voice call when text delivery is unavailable.

• You are responsible for providing a number and mailbox you control.
• Carrier message/data rates may apply.
• You may opt out of non-security marketing messages, but transactional/security messages required to operate your account may still be sent.

8. Intellectual Property

Site content, software, branding, and related materials remain the property of or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer platform components except as permitted by law.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• To the extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages are disclaimed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Use Policy periodically. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the revised policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
