Subject to change
This policy can change at any time, without notice. Joliez Agency reserves the right to update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Hardship Help program at any time. Changes apply to all new and pending applications immediately upon publication. The version in effect on the date of your submission governs that application. You are responsible for reviewing the current terms each time you apply.
1. Eligibility
- You must be an active, in-good-standing Joliez Agency talent or employee at the time of application and at the time of disbursement.
- You may receive Hardship Help once per rolling 12 months, counted from the date of your most recent disbursement. Withdrawn or denied applications do not consume eligibility.
- Your account must be at least 30 days old to apply.
- Anyone marked ineligible for rehire, terminated for cause, suspended, or under active investigation is not eligible.
2. Required Documentation
- A clear photo of your driver's license or state-issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match your application and our records.
- Category-specific documentation (signed lease, current balance letter from a landlord or biller, utility bill, medical bill, etc.) as listed on the application form.
- All documents must be current, unaltered, and submitted by you. Submitting forged, altered, or third-party documents will result in permanent termination from Joliez Agency and may be reported to law enforcement.
- If our review system flags missing or unclear information, you have 7 days to respond. If you do not respond within 14 days, your application is automatically denied.
3. Funding Limits & Payment
- The program is capped at $2,500 per applicant per 12-month period, subject to category caps and program funding availability.
- Cash assistance without supporting documentation is capped at $200 per applicant per 12-month period.
- Funds are paid directly to the verified payee (landlord, utility, medical provider, etc.) whenever possible. Direct-to-employee payment is reserved for the Cash category only.
- If the payee cannot be verified (no online presence, no working phone, unverifiable address) the application will be denied.
4. Repayment
- Most Hardship Help is issued as a recoupable advance or repayment plan. By accepting funds you authorize Joliez Agency to deduct the agreed installment from your future paychecks or bookings until the balance is paid in full.
- You may pay off the balance early at any time without penalty.
- Failure to repay according to the agreed schedule may result in your application being marked defaulted and permanent ineligibility for future Hardship Help.
- If your engagement with Joliez Agency ends before the advance is fully repaid, the remaining balance becomes immediately due. Unpaid balances may be sent to collections.
5. Review & Decisions
- All applications are reviewed by Joliez Agency superadmin or finance personnel. You may not review your own application.
- The reviewer who approves an application cannot also disburse the funds. Disbursement requires a second authorized person.
- Approval is at the agency's sole discretion. Meeting documentation requirements does not entitle you to approval. Each application is judged on the totality of facts.
- Denials are final for the current application. You may reapply once you have addressed the cited reason and your 12-month window allows.
- Decisions, audit logs, and document analyses are retained for at least 7 years for audit, compliance, and law-enforcement cooperation.
6. Reversal & Clawback
Joliez Agency may reverse a disbursement at any time if post-disbursement review reveals fraud, ineligibility, missing documentation, or material misrepresentation. Reversed funds must be returned immediately and may be recovered through payroll deduction, booking offset, or third-party collection.
7. Privacy
- Documents and personal information submitted as part of a Hardship Help application are stored encrypted and accessible only to authorized reviewers, finance, and the applicant.
- By submitting an application you consent to Joliez Agency using automated tools (including AI-based document review) to verify the contents of your submission.
- Aggregate, anonymized data may be used for program reporting. See our Privacy Notice for the full data-handling standard.
8. Acknowledgement on Submission
Each time you submit a Hardship Help application you will be asked to:
- Type your full legal name as your electronic signature.
- Check a box confirming you have read and agree to the version of these terms then in effect.
The version number, effective date, your IP address, and timestamp are recorded with your application and cannot be edited after submission.
